Although the seagulls can be pests, and steal food from unsuspecting tourists as they walk along with ice creams, or pasties, they do look graceful in flight.

Sounds like you’re finally, slowly, letting go of the loss of your son, and, just remember, he’s always with you, so long as you continue to keep him in your heart

I’m not sure I’ll ever let go of the loss my son. I know the pain will never, ever go away, I’m just learning to make room for it in my life.
And I know he’s safely in my heart.
