Wednesday 25th October
My precious son
I’m missing you
There is nothing
That I can do
My sweetheart child
So far away
I think of you
Each night and day
My darling boy
Love you so much
I really wish
Our hands could touch
Treasured lad
Remembering
Up on a cloud
You’re slumbering
Beloved Angel
Up there you fly
I’m whispering
A lullaby
Such lovely flowers and plants. You look as though you live near the Beach and Sea as I do here in England, but I rarely go to the Beach.

Thank you.
We live in Cornwall, and only a short stroll from the beach ~ we love being beside the ocean.

Every summer when our Sons were small we would holiday in Cornwall not far from Church Cove. Have very happy memories of the days with the Boys and my late Husband. I live at Clacton-on-Sea, lovely beaches and scenery, I never go down to the Beaches which are under ten mins walk from me.

Childhood summers on the beach are just perfect: happy and carefree.
We are so lucky to live close to the sea.

The words which made my eyes tear up were “treasured lad”, dear. You are truly a wonderful mother remembering here in a lullaby. ❤
