Yes, we thought the bird was some kind of hawk, but did have characteristics of a buzzard. It looked very majestic.

We have been so fortunate this winter, not to have caught any of the nasty bugs going around. Lots of vitamin C, echinacea, fruits and vegetables.

Good to hear that. We’re good also because of the fruit and vegetable diet we have been having for 14 months partly to help maintain my husband’s blood sugar level. The overall health benefits from it!
