Saturday 2nd March
.
Stopping beside the River Frome
Swollen from overnight rain
Bunches of bright yellow daffodils
Swaying breezily in muddy terrain
.
Visiting friends and family
It’s good to get away now and then
Quite a quick journey from Dorset
We are safely back home again
.
Missing you sweetheart

17th Century bridge over the River Frome
Bunches of bright yellow daffodils
The river meanders through a wide open valley
It’s a long time since I was last in that part of the country.

Yes. I know. It’s not so bad up here in Cumbria either. 🙂

Oh, as I sit here buried in snow, those daffodil look soooo inviting! I love the seasons, but I wish winter in northwestern Montana weren’t so long!! Your photographs are beautiful … and gave me a glimpse of what I am waiting for. Thank you! ❤

How lovely, especially as I too sit up here in Canada still looking at the snow. 🙂
