Friday 7th October 

I can dance and fall 
All in one sentence 

I can laugh and cry 
In one long breath 

I can shout and whisper 
All in a moment 

I'll be brave then scared 
In the same chapter 

Carefree and troubled 
All in a dream 

Full of life, but dispirited 
Encircling each day 

Conscious yet expired  
Throughout my body 

Love you both so much 
Precious sons
