Day two

Standard

Monday 30th September

.

Day two without my phone

Just this older one on loan

Cannot find my calendar

That’s going to be a challenger

Remembering appointments

Not turning to disappointments

And no camera for your flowers

Getting drenched in heavy showers

I’m sending lots of love to you

Hugs and kisses, cuddles too

My darling Angel son

Now forever young

Watching the surf

In the pouring rain

Being knocked down

Standing up again

Blown by the wind

Over coming the pain

To stay in control

Of this watery domain

Thinking of you always

I really, really don’t know what we were doing here, or why I’m pretending to strangle Frank!

I think Frank was pretending to be a mermaid ~ we were at Typhoon Lagoon water park in Orlando.

Coming across these photos made me smile for a few moments.

Not much changes

But everything has

It just rearranges

Thinking of you constantly

My darling Angel son

Flying high above the clouds

Now forever young

Another windy day

A good swell blowing at Porthmeor Beach

A brief glimpse of blue sky

Only a few surfers today

Red flags at West end

But no one is swimming at the Island end

Man’s Head in the distance

Very dark clouds on the horizon

I miss you now

Standard

Tuesday 24th September

.

I miss you now

That’s for sure

And then tomorrow

I’ll miss you more

Wish we could go back

To how it was before

My darling Angel

It’s you I adore

Rainy, grey and windy

Porthmeor Beach this afternoon

There are some surfers out there somewhere

Steely grey skies

Breaking waves at the Island

Lifeguards and a surf school at the ready

My special star

Standard

Sunday 22nd September

.

My special star shines bright

Up in the heavens tonight

Among the angels in flight

Reflecting in the moonlight

In my dreams I hold you tight

With memories to delight

Thinking of you always

Beautiful blues at Porthmeor

Big cumulo nimbus full of showers

A number of surfers in the gentle swell

Dark clouds gathering over the Island

An aluminium yacht in the harbour

Completing a three year course in Further Education through Horsemanship
