Trying to find stillness 
From thoughts spinning around 
So many 'What ifs?' and 'Buts..' 
As if I'm being drowned 
The waves above my head 
Quelling the screaming sound 
I'm being dragged under 
Just want to feel the ground 
Solid beneath my feet 
From this I'll be unbound
