Tuesday 14th November 

Anxiety persists  
Stress takes its toll 
Worry creeps in 
Breathing to control 
Colonoscopy awaits 
Midday tomorrow 
Apprehensive feelings 
Going to and fro 

Nervous thoughts 
Panic may entwine 
Yet put on a brave face 
Let resilience shine 
Unease and tension 
In the air they trace 
Tomorrow's journey 
With strength, to embrace 

Love you so much
Precious sons 
Beloved Mum
