The Sierra Nevada
Just east of Granada
White stuff on the ground
Snowboarders abound
A mountainous hike
Doing what we like

Snow on the slopes
We seemed to walk for miles to reach the centre
Parking was way up the mountain
The four of us
A winter landscape
So very sunny and warm
Young and old, skiers and boarders, of all abilities, enjoying the snow
The sunny square was so busy…. Plaza de Pradollano
Chalets, condos and apartments built into the side of the mountain
Lots of sunny terraces to stop for something to eat
Bars and restaurants were busy
Snow fun
A perfect viewpoint

We took a chairlift back up the mountainside to the car
The chairlift saved our legs from walking up so many steps
We certainly walked a long way
Down there, somewhere, is where we had lunch
