I do still feel the pain 
A broken heart won't mend 
But I also feel the love 
And that'll never end

Now forever young

Quite warm this morning
A very quick walk along the harbour this afternoon
Lots of holidaymakers
Low tide
Some of these people don’t know how quickly the tide comes in
Many have been caught out on the sandbank as the sea rushes around them

In the dark 
Just searching 
For a spark 

Where is that 
Small fracture 
Letting me 
Just capture 

The brightest 
Of flashlights 
Breaking through 
Those black nights? 

Trying to 
Move forward 
Way ahead 
Quite awkward 

Or is it 
More suited 
To remain 
Just secluded 

In repose 
Still and calm 
Inky gloom 
Healing balm?

No interruptions
