A fleeting smile 
Can hide so much 
Inner demons 
Kicked into touch 
Seeking balance 
Calm thoughts are such 
Restoring hope
To that I'll clutch 

Love you both so much 
My darling sons

Leaving the house this morning, a rainbow was shining over the sea
