Christmas

Standard
Sunday 25th December

It's Christmas number eight
That you're no longer here
We miss you every day
And wish that you were near

I know you're there with Nan
Have lots of fun together
She's only just arrived
Hugs and kisses to treasure

Love you so much

  1. Lovely poem and wonderful photos of Nan with Frank. Hey, I didn’t realize your last name is “Forster.” That’s the family name of my mom’s oldest sister, Evelyn, who married Hans Forster from Switzerland. I have a whole slew of Forster cousins in England, Switzerland, and the state of Washington.

    • Thank you…..
However, the “Forster” to which I refer, is a place in New South Wales, Australia

My surname is actually Rawlings 😊
But so good to read a little of your family ancestry.
My Mum came over to Australia twice, from the UK, to visit us for Christmas. We had a great time together, travelling up the east coast from Melbourne to Merimbula, Ulladulla, Sydney, Forster and beyond.
      Such happy times.
