Lovely poem and wonderful photos of Nan with Frank. Hey, I didn’t realize your last name is “Forster.” That’s the family name of my mom’s oldest sister, Evelyn, who married Hans Forster from Switzerland. I have a whole slew of Forster cousins in England, Switzerland, and the state of Washington.

But so good to read a little of your family ancestry.
My Mum came over to Australia twice, from the UK, to visit us for Christmas. We had a great time together, travelling up the east coast from Melbourne to Merimbula, Ulladulla, Sydney, Forster and beyond.

Thanks for the clarification. So glad your mum has been able to visit. We’ve been to our daughter’s in Switzerland almost every other year for the 30 years she’s been there. We’re travel poor, but love rich!
