Wednesday 9th March 

Down this road of travel 
Lined upon either side 
Are so many memories 
From my eyes, they can't hide 

They brighten up the journey 
As I move far and wide 
A constant companion 
Like a comforting guide 

Keeping me safe and sound 
But the days when I've cried 
I simply glance around 
And the tears are soon dried 

Those memories follow me 
Such love they provide 
Warming my heart and soul 
As recollections collide
