  1. You look beautiful & happy! The photos are wonderful – Bath is a lovely place, but I’ve sadly not had chance to really look around nor see any water. I went once for a medical appointment at a hospital department in the middle of Bath city centre a couple of years ago, and the other time was about 11yrs ago (yikes) when I did a residential week at Bath uni as part of my Psych degree. I always wanted to go back to look around and have a proper day trip there but never did make it. I’ll have to live vicariously through your photos. I’m so glad you got decent weather for it, which as we know, is quite the miracle in the UK!

    • Thank you ever so much Caz, most kind of you.
We do like Bath and have visited many times, finding new locations and places to eat is great fun.
And yes, we were very lucky with the bright, sunny weather.
The waterside restaurant was a special find, not somewhere you’d come across just by wandering around: it was at the end of a residential row of large houses, a dead end almost. But if was absolutely perfect.
      Take good care.
