Spending time outdoors 
Breathing in sea air 
Sunshine on your face 
The breeze through your hair 
Disconnect from doubt 
Don't wish you're elsewhere 
Notice surroundings 
Laze on that deckchair 

Love you both so much 
Beloved sons
