Saturday 15th October 

Moving down a road 
With bravery and intent 
Making better decisions 
From all the time spent 
Stressing and worrying 
A spiral of descent 
Not bound by constraints 
Learning to be content 
Walking with purpose 
Smiling more frequent 
Shoulders back, head high 
Living in the present 

Love you both so much 
Beloved sons
