Pain narrated 
Life updated 
Quite frustrated 
Armour-plated 
Heart pulsated 
Then elated 

Love you both so much 
Beloved sons

Sunday surfers
A good swell this afternoon
Quite a few on Porthmeor Beach
Decent waves
A brisk wind
Sunshine and showers
A calm harbour
Green sea, grey clouds
And…. The sun came out, (we got wet a few minutes earlier, hit by a sharp shower of rain)
