Thank you.
Everything seems OK, I just have to wait about four weeks for the results of the scan…. Then I can breathe again, (for another six months, that is ๐).

Sorry to see you are having cancer worries yet again. I hope it all ends well for you.

Thank you very much.
As I’m on a clinical drugs trial, I’m closely monitored every six months.
The best I can have is “No Evidence of Disease”.
Melanoma is a sneaky one, and because my original tumour was high risk, I have to be extra vigilant.

Thank you, and no, I don’t like it either…..
However, I’m grateful for the clinical trial, the close monitoring and the expertise of the consultants.
I now have about a month to wait for the results…..
I’ll lock those thoughts away, and carry on as normal ๐

I can only imagine how hard all of those appointments have been, how worrying and disheartening and awful ย โฅโฅ

It is a worrying time, but I shall try hard not to let those thoughts overwhelm me.

Just lately, I have also been on the scans and stuff trail. A bit of a pest.

Here’s hoping for scans that show nothing of any significance.
Take care.

They have already shown up two forms of cancer. Now, hopefully, they will continue to show them going away from the treatments.

Waiting must be stressful. I hope all the scans come back clear. I wonder why it takes so long to get results?

Thank you.
In the beginning, I think it took a couple of weeks for the radiographer’s report to sent, but it has now stretched out to four weeks. It’s no fun waiting!

Ah, the joys of the waiting room! All I can say is please don’t let it rule your life – it’s so easy to get into a negative mindset with these things, and I often think the worry is the main symptom. All the best, anyway – I’m sure all will be well.

I’m going through it too. Lost a few friends last few months and a few more won’t make it through 2019. I am at early stages, minimum treatments so far. Best advice I’ve had is to stop reading all about it and “live” each day.

Yes, live every day, for you do not know what tomorrow brings.
Hope all is going well for you at the moment.
Take care.
