I’ll meet you when I dream

I’ll see you when I sleep

I’ll talk to you in my head

Those precious memories to keep

.

I’ll hug you in my fantasy

I’ll cradle you in my heart

You’ll always be in my thoughts

Then I’ll know we’re not apart

    I can’t really pen poetry but respond to it when I read it. Crossing Brooklyn Ferry by Whitman or Charge of the Light Brigade which always makes me cry, so there is something to it. You write beautifully and it’s such a portal to release what one feels.
