Porthmeor Beach after very heavy rain

Skies clearing over the harbour

A beautiful tortoiseshell butterfly catching some warmth from the sun

Looking up

Standard

Wednesday 10th October

.

Always looking up to the sky

Trying to see your face in the clouds

Or searching for you in the stars

As the sun sets, and the night enshrouds

.

My heavenly Angel son

My precious starman soaring so high

I hope you’re smiling and happy

As I look up again and sigh

.

Love you sweetie

Missing you

Beloved Angel son

Lovely and warm in the harbour this afternoon

Enjoying the sunshine

Almost a heart-shaped, blue break in the clouds at 6:00pm tonight

A small prism of a rainbow to the left of the Island

Catching the last rays of the sun at high tide

High tide waves breaking onto Wharf Road

Pretty pink clouds above the pier

A quiet sadness

Standard

Tuesday 9th October

.

A quiet sadness

A sad quietness

.

A life of memories

A memory of life

.

A painful sorrow

A sorrowful pain

.

A tearful moment

A moment full of tears

.

Forever in my heart

In my heart forever

My darling Angel son

Porthmeor Beach

Man’s Head

Harbour at low tide

Three arches in the pier

Living on

Standard

Monday 8th October

.

Touching so many lives

Your memories do remain

In darkness and in light

Until we see you again

.

You’ll never really leave us

Even though you’ve gone

A reminder of what was

Is your spirit living on

Loved and remembered forever

Precious Angel son

Harbour at low tide

Grey skies

Surfers enjoying the waves

Still quite warm

Early autumn sun

Standard

Sunday 7th October

.

Blue skies and feeling warm

In the early autumn sun

Surfers playing in the waves

Children on the sand having fun

.

Lifeguards are still on duty

The season’s work near done

You loved our walks out here

Fresh air, and off you’d run

.

Loving the wide open spaces

Pink cheeks for everyone

Yet now you fly above us

Your earthly life is done

.

Missing you

My darling beach boy

Love you

Angel full of joy

Godrevy Lighthouse

Low tide at Gwithian Beach

Many walkers on the sand

Beachcombing for sea treasures

Looking towards St. Ives

Just as you used to do

Standard

Saturday 6th October

.

Off to Penzance

Early this morning

The Flying Scotsman rolls in

Across the bay, wind’s storming

.

A walk through the town

As gales whip up the sea

Crashing on Lambeth Walk

There’s a seal swimming free

.

You would have like the train

Slowly puffing along

I know you’d be humming

The Thomas the Tank Engine song

.

And Sammy the Seal

Would have entertained you

Playing in the waves

Just as you used to do

.

Miss you sweetie

Love you forever

Treasured Angel son

The Flying Scotsman at Penzance Station

So very noisy when the steam was released and the whistle blew

Porthmeor Beach this afternoon

Splashy on the slipway

Big waves hit Lambeth Walk

What I wouldn’t do

Standard

Thursday 4th October

.

My angel, my love

What I wouldn’t do

To have you right here

But away you flew

.

My sweetheart, my child

What I wouldn’t do

To hold you again

Like we used to

.

My darling, my son

What I wouldn’t do

To hear your laughter

Instead of adieu

.

I loved you yesterday

I love you today

And tomorrow I’ll love you more

My precious boy

Smooth waves at Porthmeor Beach

A little more sunshine today

I just know

Standard

Wednesday 3rd October

.

No more hugs

No more kisses

I just know

How painful this is

.

No more smiles

No more laughs

I just know

I have photographs

.

Lots of memories

Lots of love

I just know

You’re in heaven above

.

Flying with wings

Flying so high

I just know

You’re my sweetie pie

.

Love you forever

My darling Angel son

Harbour greys

A little sunshine on the Island chapel

Foggy clouds on the horizon

I thought

Standard

Tuesday 2nd October

.

I thought you’d be here

Smiling, bringing cheer

With nothing to fear

But I shed a tear

Heartbreak quite severe

A love so sincere

‘Til you reappear

My darling, my dear

.

Love you to the moon and back

Beyond the stars

Way past Mercury and Mars

Forever and always
