Saturday 17th April
.
Happy birthday Luke
Today you’re thirty four
Wishing you happiness
With love and so much more
Just wish we could be there
To help you celebrate
Soon as lock down is over
We’re on a plane, can’t wait
.
Happy birthday Luke
Love you lots
From all of us
And Frank too

Thursday 15th April
.
If I always
Think of you
You’ll never be
Gone from view
.
A safe place
Within my heart
Holds you dear
Never apart

Thinking of you sweetie

Wednesday 14th April

Tuesday 13th April
.
I may fall down
I might stumble
I won’t stay there
Will not crumble
I will get up
I will stand tall
Breathe in fresh air
Smile after all
.
Thinking of you sweetie

Low tide in the harbour this morning
Monday 12th April
.
I know there’ll be bad days
And I’m sorry if I moan
I also know they’ll end
I won’t feel so alone
Happy times on their way
Some of the pain has flown
.
Thinking of you
My darling Angel son

Sunday 11th April
.
Cherry blossom petals
Warmer days ahead
Listening to the birdsong
Across the sky, wings spread
.
Thinking of you as always
Beloved Angel son

Saturday 10th April
.
This pain
Won’t go away
.
Maybe
It lessens
.
Some days
It returns
.
With a
Vengeance
.
The pain
Is a reminder
.
Of a life
Well loved
.
It will last
A lifetime
.
Love you sweetheart

Friday 9th April
.
An ocean of expectation
A sky full of imagination
Mountains filled with speculation
A world of conversation
.
Hopes and dreams, evaporation
A desert of hallucination
Air filled with reservation
Just waiting for inspiration
.
Love you sweetheart
Beloved Angel son

Thursday 8th April
.
Time hasn’t really
Healed the pain
But this I know;
I’ll see you again
.
Six years ago
We laid you to rest
Visiting daily
Our love’s expressed
.
Time’s passed in a blur
Without you here
But those memories
Are bright and clear
.
Sending love to you
Darling Angel son
Hugs and kisses too
Now forever young
