No warnings.
We didn’t watch you deteriorate
So unexpected.
You didn’t ever complain at all
No signs.
We weren’t ready to let you go
Just heartbreaking.
We didn’t plan for this
So final.

I cannot imagine how difficult it was losing your son. That he was taken so quickly must have been a tremendous shock. My mother’s death approached gradually. But she suffered greatly the last 2 years of her life. Unlike your son, of course, she was not young. Still, it was incredibly painful for her enduring test after test, procedure after procedure. We lost track of how many times she had to be hospitalized. Loss is always painful for those left behind. We endure by holding onto our memories, living our lives as our loved ones would wish, and trusting in the Resurrection. May God bring you comfort. ❤

Losing our love ones at time when we don’t expect it is really very painful…i know how it feels…i lost people i love in the same manner..
