Dancing in the Sky

Standard

Thursday 6th April

I came across this beautiful video today, sung by Dani and Lizzy, twins from Vancouver. The song was written by Lizzy, after a friend passed away.

The words are perfect.

I do hope you are dancing in the sky too, and singing with a choir of angels. That would be just perfect.

Love you my sweetheart.

Darling Angel son.

“Dancing In The Sky”

[Verse 1:]
Tell me, what does it look like in heaven?
Is it peaceful? Is it free like they say?
Does the sun shine bright forever?
Have your fears and your pain gone away?

[Pre-hook:]
‘Cause here on earth it feels like everything good is missing since you left
And here on earth everything’s different, there’s an emptiness

[Hook:]
Oh-oh, I,
I hope you’re dancing in the sky
I hope you’re singing in the angel’s choir
I hope the angels know what they have
I’ll bet it’s so nice up in heaven since you arrived

[Verse 2:]
So tell me, what do you do up in heaven?
Are your days filled with love and light?
Is there music? Is there art and invention?
Tell me are you happy? Are you more alive?

[Pre-Hook:]
‘Cause here on earth it feels like everything good is missing since you left
And here on earth everything’s different, there’s an emptiness

[Hook:]
Oh-oh, I,
I hope you’re dancing in the sky
And I hope you’re singing in the angel’s choir
And I hope the angels know what they have
I’ll bet it’s so nice up in heaven since you arrived

I hope you’re dancing in the sky
And I hope you’re singing in the angel’s choir
And I hope the angels know what they have
I’ll bet it’s so nice up in heaven since you arrived
Since you arrived

Becoming warmer at the beach

Blue skies with a few light clouds
